7:00 PM The minutes of July 28, 2009 were read and accepted with changes noted.
A letter to all Boards from the Holland Emergency Preparation Commission was read. The Board questioned why the house under construction at 344 Mashapaug Road was not referred to the Board since it appears that it is being built on a non-conforming lot. Sarto will talk to Jack Keough about the application.

The building project was discussed. The Burleighs will return with new plot plans as requested by the Board.
A continuance was scheduled for August 25, at 7:30 PM.
